Who we are
This website, drillzy.ai, is run by Drillzy Ltd (דרילזי בע״מ), an Israeli company, registration no. 517414892, Petah Tikva, Israel (“Drillzy”, “we”). We decide how the personal data described here is used. For any privacy question or request, email yair@drillzy.ai.
What we collect, and why
- When you contact us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you give: your name, email, company, role and message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before a contract.
- Analytics and marketing cookies, only with your consent. If you agree, we use the tools listed below to understand how visitors use the site and what kinds of companies it reaches. If you do not agree, they are never loaded.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site works fully without cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. We store your cookie choice in your browser (local storage, key drillzy-consent) so we do not ask again; this is strictly necessary and is not used for anything else.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent stops the tools from loading and removes their cookies from our domain.
Who else handles the data
- Web3Forms: passes contact-form messages to our email inbox.
- Google: website hosting, and Google Analytics if you consent.
- LinkedIn: the Insight Tag, if you consent.
- Our email provider, which stores our correspondence.
Some of these providers process data outside Israel and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. They do so under their own data protection terms and recognised transfer safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them for the conversation and our business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and the EU/UK GDPR, you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Email yair@drillzy.ai and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority, for example the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or the authority in your EU country.
Changes
If we change how we use data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If we add new cookie tools, we will ask for your consent again.
